Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Hostliq LLC, we want to ensure you are entirely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied, we offer a transparent refund process under the following terms.
1. Web Hosting Services
We offer a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee for our Shared Hosting and Managed WordPress plans.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, a cancellation request must be submitted via our support ticket system within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to:
Domain Name registrations or transfers (these are non-refundable once processed).
SSL Certificates.
Renewals of existing services.
Accounts suspended due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
2. VPS and Dedicated Servers
Due to the resources allocated and the nature of high-performance infrastructure, VPS and Dedicated Server plans are eligible for a 7-day refund period. Requests made after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
3. Business Consultation & Custom Development
Consultation Sessions: Fees paid for one-on-one business strategy or digital transformation sessions are non-refundable once the session has commenced. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Custom Development (Laravel, Vue, Python): Refunds for custom coding projects are handled on a milestone basis. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started, but subsequent milestones may be refunded if the project is cancelled before that specific phase begins.
4. Cancellation Process
You may cancel your service at any time through the Hostliq Client Area.
Immediate Cancellation: Service is terminated immediately upon request.
End of Billing Cycle: Service remains active until the end of your current paid period.
5. Refund Processing
Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Transaction Fees: Any third-party transaction fees (e.g., credit card processing fees) may be deducted from the total refund amount where permitted by law.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank before contacting Hostliq LLC support, your account may be permanently suspended to prevent further fraud. We encourage you to reach out to us first to resolve any billing concerns.
