Digital products cannot be “returned,” so it is common to have strict refund rules.

Due to the nature of digital media (software) that can be downloaded instantly after purchase, all sales are final. There is no “trial” or “grace period” once the software is purchased.

Exceptions for Refunds:

We may issue a refund within 14 days of purchase only if:

  • The product is completely non-functional (e.g., it cannot be installed).
  • The product’s main description was misleading.
  • You have contacted our support team and allowed them 24-72 hours to attempt to resolve the technical issue.

No Refunds will be issued if:

  • You simply changed your mind.
  • The product is incompatible with your specific WordPress or server settings.
  • The product requires a license key for automatic updates or premium features (since the GPL allows core functionality without a key).
  • You refuse to provide our support staff with the necessary access to investigate your issue.
